　神戸市によると、長田区南部の庄田町、二葉町では、川のようになった道路から雨水が商店街や住宅街に流れ込み、計１６１棟が床上浸水。駒ケ林町などを含む１１棟が床下浸水した。兵庫区と垂水区では市道の３路線が冠水し通行止めになった。灘区では土砂崩れが発生、市道をふさいだ。 　南あわじ市灘白崎で孤立していた２世帯５人は同日午後、県の消防ヘリで全員救助された。けが人はなく、同市灘黒岩の避難所に移った。
